In October 2022, Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) selected KPMG and its subcontractors Meridium Group, HOK, and Kitchell through a competitive bidding process under Appropriation 2781A: Special Categories Department of Corrections Facilities Master Plan to develop a 20-year master plan for Florida Department of Corrections (FDC).
